Final Crossing from Portishead to Sharpness!



Got this sea sailing off to a T now, the river is going to seem very slow!!

Fun in the Bay (Sunday)

After our Hungry Horse marathon Breakfast, we felt we cant go two days without enjoying the Sun and the Boat!!

We filled her up with 170 litres of fuel, which is what used from Sharpness to Cardiff Barrage.

We moored the boat in Cardiff Bay

Took the boat into the bay for abit of blast!! 34.6 Knots Great Fun!!!!

34.6 Knots was fast.... wandered what 54 knots would feel like....

 

Relaxing and Recovering in Penarth Marina! (Saturday)

Arrived in Penarth Marina

After the crossing yesterday from Sharpness to Penarth Marina, we all felt we deserved a relaxing few beers and clean the boat up from all the salt and water from the day before, So wandered into Cardiff Bay.

Dean came down to join us, and went back to the bay again for a few more drinks and a lovely meal.
